Alder Lane Home Team respects the intellectual property of others. This page explains how to report content you believe infringes your copyright.

Listing content
Listing photographs and descriptions shown through the property search are supplied by the multiple listing service and its participating brokerages. If your claim concerns a listing, we will pass your notice to the listing service as well as acting on it ourselves.
How to send a notice
Send a written notice to hello@alderlanehometeam.com or by post to Alder Lane Home Team, 2140 Wrenfield Avenue, Suite 210, Charlotte, NC 28203. Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512, a notice should include the following.
Your physical or electronic signature. A description of the copyrighted work. The address of the page where the material appears. Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address. A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
What we do next
We review every complete notice promptly, remove or disable material that appears to infringe, and tell the person who posted it. They may send a counter-notice if they believe the removal was a mistake.
Repeat infringement
We end the access of anyone who repeatedly posts infringing material through this website.
