About South End

South End was a district of mills and warehouses along the rail line. The light rail opened in 2007 and the area has been building ever since: condos, apartments and townhomes within a few blocks of the Rail Trail.

Most homes here are attached, most have a homeowners association, and most are within walking distance of a station. The right fit depends on the building as much as the unit, so we read the association documents closely.
